✓ Have an eligible concession card – like a pensioner or health care card
✓ Have experienced a significant change – reduction in income or high housing costs
✓ Are in hardship – unexpected bills or repairs
You may qualify* for assistance of up to $650 per utility under the Utility Relief Grants Scheme
